Section 8 Voucher Program
Applicant is issued a voucher and can request assistance at a rental
unit on the normal rental market provided the unit can meet the Housing
Quality Standards and has an approved unit amount.
B.
All Other Complexes
All other complexes are units the Scotland County Public Housing Authority
manages for borrowers of USDA funds. Uniform screening procedures are
used in tenant selection. Downing Housing Association are family units.
Queen City Housing and Wyaconda Housing Corporation
is all elderly units. Separate waiting lists are provided for these
complexes.
